In Episode 4 Sarah and I talk about how trauma effects one’s ability to create and maintain boundaries. We delve into mistakes we’ve made in the past and how we’ve tried to reframe in order to create new healthy boundaries. We both believe healthy boundaries are an act of love for oneself and are created when we stand in our power and understand what is serving us and what is not. This is not an easy task, but one that creates more openness within.
